1. Eligibility

2. The Service

ConceptLooper provides tools to generate 9:16 concept images and optional looping preview videos based on the inputs you provide.

3. Accounts, Sessions, and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any session identifiers and for activity that occurs under your session. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Purchases, Tokens, and Fees

• Payments: payments are processed by third-party payment processors.
• Tokens: tokens grant access to certain generation features. Tokens have no cash value and are not redeemable for money.
• Refunds: except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support.
• Pricing and changes: we may change pricing and offerings at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in a way that violates any law or infringes others' rights.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service (including uploading malicious code).
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or extract the Service except as permitted by law.

6. Your Content and Inputs

You retain ownership of the inputs you submit ("Inputs"). You grant ConceptLooper a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, and process your Inputs solely to operate and provide the Service.

7. Generated Outputs

The Service generates outputs such as images and videos ("Outputs"). You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Outputs complies with applicable laws and any third-party rights (including trademarks, publicity rights, and platform policies).

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, design, text, and logos, is owned by ConceptLooper or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service, no rights are granted.

9. No Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONCEPTLOOPER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONCEPTLOOPER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONCEPTLOOPER'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO CONCEPTLOOPER FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ConceptLooper and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your Inputs, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service stops immediately.

13. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above indicates when the Terms were last updated. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
